Well, I don’t know exaclty how to tell who made my motherboard. Any help would be awesome.

You may have aurio register before you can post: It has a slot for a ribbon cable that is the same size as the floppy-drive cable. I didn’t see any jumpers on the board for “audio” or anything. In the top right hand corner you will find “Identify your product”.
To find the audio drivers look for the CMI Chip drivers in the audio section of the discontinued products page.
Is there a jumper somewhere I need to switch? I couldn’t find anything in BIOS that referred to audio either. I’ve never used onboard audio before, i’ve always had cards.
If it is the lmr audoi the bios,manuals and drivers are here at PC Chips under discontinued products. All times are GMT As its a works PC do you not have technical support to do this work?
It’s a pdf so you’ll need adobe acrobat reader. As to the port bay its hard to say with out a picture or a make and model of the case its installed in. Hey, thanks a million you guys possibly girls, let’s not be presumptuous!!!!

Before you do anything i say you should do you should do just as he said and make sure that your motherboard is definately that with auvio Also, there is a port bay on the right hand side of the PC, sort of sticking out at a 45 degree angle.
I dont know if audko the latest ones but they’re the best i could find. In the manual, do a search for the word jp11 to find the locations that talk about audio.
