But that of course does not solve the real problem, so the problem will be still there, the only difference is that you won’t be reminded about it every time you log on. How is it possible that the Bluetooth dongle still works even thou the “Bluetooth Peripheral Device” is not installed?

In this discussion forum once a customer informed that he was unable to use his bluettooth when his pc was off and once after he started his pc then he inserted the dongle from then he was able to use bluetooth connection.

As for the IVT BlueSoleil Bluetooth stack, I have not tested it yet, but I think there is a big chance that it might just work well with my Billionton Bluetooth dongle, simply because BlueSoleil is de facto standard for Bluetoth interoperability with support for Bluetooth chipsets from many different suppliers. I don’t think it really matters, but I will remember to first install the Bluetooth dongle and with it the Microsoft Bluetooth stack next time I re-install Windows Vista. Answered on Jun 29, Answered on May 04, If you have XP Service pack 2 you may not need to use the driver as there is a bluetooth driver within windows. See my thread elsewhere. Go to Windows update or update your software and driver from the items website. Screenshot 1 – First post.
In reply to cricfancy’s post on May 5, The best thing would be to re-work the whole concept or start from scratch and make a completely new one similar to it which would be even better. It doesn’t matter what brand of Bluetooth dongle you buy, Billionton or not, cheap or expensive, none of them work properly as they should.
