Go to device manager and update the driver with the just modified one. Is it at all possible to adaptsc this card to install for use in windiws 7 x64?? Say yes, you really do want to install the driver — it will work. Proposed as answer by svanschalkwyk Wednesday, December 25, Make sure your scanner is plugged into the SCSI card before you turn your system on you are probably already doing this as SCSI devices are not detected if turned on after the system has booted.
I found the above worked, and just to help those out there, here is a forum with someone who has shared the Vista x64 driver, it worked for me today 2nd Oct Friday, May 27, 6: In the Window that appears choose “Browse my computer for driver software”.
It is located in the C: Thanks Guys Gonna try this myself OMG – I windoss tried this – adatec evenutally find the drivers online as stated above – this worked me as well and the SCSI controller installed without any issue and I can now see my scsi drives.
